I have mentioned a time or two over the last decade about living with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS). It is a connective tissue condition where joints move more than they’re supposed to and the tissues that support your body are weaker than average. EDS is usually one circle in a triad that will include Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), both nervous system issues that can really wreck a person’s day.
