A record amount of canola was crushed in the U.S. during November. In its monthly Oils & Fats Report, the USDA reported that 231,170 metric tons (MT) of canola were crushed in the U.S. during November, up 11 percent from the prior month, and up 27 percent from November of 2022. Total disappearance of canola in the U.S. so far this marketing year is 846,170 MT, up significantly from last year. Total U.S. canola crush from September through November is 656,394 MT, up 12 percent from 586,717 MT in the same time period last year.
