The week started out a scorcher but ended pretty comfortably. A midweek cold front brought us a little more rain. Crops are thriving. A lot of corn is reaching that hard dough stage. Soybeans are filling pods and continuing to add more. Grass is green and there is no end to mowing in sight! Soybean fungicide applications have started. The sky will be busy this week!
