Residents and businesses on the east side of Faulkton, South Dakota, will soon hear the sounds of construction as a new business comes to town.
The Troy and Stacy Hadrick family are fifth generation ranchers near Faulkton, S.D. The family is preparing to open North Prairie Butchery, a custom meat processing business that Troy Hadrick hopes will give producers a chance to offer direct marketing for the meat they raise.
Owners behind North Prairie Butchery hope to offer custom harvesting, processing and private labeling.
