This year had its share of swings. We started with a favorable spring planting window that allowed us to get in early and clean. Early-season moisture was timely, though we did battle some heat and dry stretches in late summer. The crop held on better than most were expecting thanks to early establishment and subsoil moisture. Kernel depth and grain quality turned out strong, and yields finished better than many thought! It’s been a blessing for sure to have another great year. The Lord has blessed us all!
