You could set your clock by Kenny’s pickup coming down the road at roughly 7:25 a.m. For 38 years as our full-time employee, depending on the season of work, that was his arrival time. During planting and harvest it might be a bit earlier, and back when we still had the feedlot it was more like 7 a.m. to get the cattle fed before the field work commenced.
