With handmade signs held high amid clusters of red, white and blue balloons, nearly 200 family members showed-up to a patriotic welcome home celebration in Wichita for 94 Kansas veterans returning from a two-day tour of Washington, D.C., with the Kansas Honor Flight Sept. 10.
