December Chicago wheat is down 5 cents to $5.27-1/4, KC is down 6-3/4 to $5.16, and Minn wheat is down 3 cents to $5.57-1/2.” The Hightower Report said, “This week’s rally has pushed U.S. prices above French and Russian origin, limiting the chance for demand expansion for the U.S. Russian sanctions are a supportive factor but not something that is immediately affecting Russian exports yet.”
