The summer season has certainly given us a blend of temps recently as we make our way through the calendar. This week we received two half-inch rains to help with pod fill and ear development. Might be a little early for yield projections, but it does look good so far. The proverbial State Fair rain is hopefully incoming next week, which shouldn’t dampen the fair patrons too much. Like many, I also look forward to the state fair events. See you at the fair!
