Last week was definitely a hot one like they called for. The poor spots showed up in some bean fields. Starting to see a few beans starting to change. We are going to start cutting fourth-crop hay today and it should be as good as or better than second- or third-crop. Starting to hear of some corn silage starting to be chopped in the area. Looks to be a lot more comfortable week this week.
