Crops have mostly finished now. Still some later-planted corn and beans that rain could help, but for the most part stuff is drying down. A few guys have started harvesting but very few. I suspect next week to kick off with more activity. Had some rain come through the area mid-week but was very spotty — zero to 1.6 inches fell. We could use some now just to reduce fire hazards and help the latest of the planted beans.
