Mother Nature put the finish to this crop hard this week. Many operations will be working on getting some early-planted/early-maturity corn harvested next week. Soybeans needed a better finish than what they’re getting. I’m none too optimistic that seed size is going to hold up with high heat and low to no area rainfall in September. We’re getting close to diving in and seeing what we’re going to have or have not.
