Sunny, hot and humid early in the week led to some much-needed rainfall late in the week. Anywhere from 2.5 to less than 1.2 inches of rain along with a lot of cooler temps. Early beans should be really good if the forecast for rain holds true next week. Should be some yields above trendline on the early side. Later-planted crops have a long way to go yet. Pollination might be a problem in later corn, and beans have a long way to go!
