Pretty nice week of weather here in east-central Missouri. Some much-needed rainfall came on Thursday, Aug. 6, anywhere from 3.5 to 2.5 inches over our region. Beans in our area should be really good if we get one more rain. Later-planted have a little while to go yet. Later-planted corn has a potential to be a really good crop if pollination was not a problem during the heat.
