The Haber-Zeller Farm, purchased by Adam Haber in 1852, still stands. The farm transitioned from dairy to cash crops. Grain bins, crop-drying equipment and storage sheds replaced the old farm buildings. Jack Zeller and his father, Frances Zeller, partnered to farm 500 tillable acres starting in 1978. They also operated a custom-spraying business for 23 years. Seven generations of the Haber-Zeller family have lived on the farm.
