A man has been arrested at the Los Angeles International Airport for his role in a cattle contract fraud scheme that spanned across Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Colorado and Arizona. The scheme resulted in the loss of $115 million for 2,000 cattle contract buyers across the nation, according to reports.
