“All three wheat classes are trading lower following sharp gains yesterday,” Total Farm Marketing said. “September Chicago wheat is down 10-1/4 cents to $6.40-3/4, KC is down 8-3/4 cents to $7.08-1/2, and Minn wheat is down 3-1/4 cents to $6.91-3/4. The Crop Progress report saw spring wheat ratings improve by 2 points good to excellent to 55% while the harvest is now at 5% complete. The winter wheat harvest is 86% complete which compared to 81% last week.”
