Wheat has mostly been a follower lately due to the high volatility in corn and soybeans.” The Hightower Report said, “The fact the market has not reacted bullishly lately to the Black Sea export problems may be in part due to better rain chance upcoming in the southern Plains, which could finally increase soil moisture enough to get fall winter wheat seeding moving forward. However, the longer the disruptions continue, the more bullish the long-term outlook.”
