We missed that rain Thursday (April 17) so we kept working on A.I.-ing cows. A lot of planting has been done in our area. Some started on beans and others started on corn. I would say probably 60% of the crop is planted in our area. Pastures are really growing. We have been low on rain. I think the shower we got just knocked the dust off the grass and made it look more green. We did turn our cows out on grass last week.
