A very wet week. We received right at 3 inches over the course of the week, missing all big rains. It will take a few days to dry out. The soybeans are dropping leaves, but they are still a week to 10 days away. Corn continues to dry down. This past week we completed our combine inspections, and they should be serviced and ready to go this next week. I am still anticipating Oct. 1 as our start date. Our pumpkins are ready, but some have been overtaken by insects.
