We wrapped up harvest last Saturday evening and I celebrated with a big double cheeseburger and an adult soda. It is a great feeling! Strip-till, cover crop seeding, tillage and dirt work are continuing. One important thing that we do is have a post-harvest debrief with everyone on the team to discuss yields, product trials, what went right, what went wrong and what we can do better. Farming does not stop when the last row of corn has been harvested.
