RACINE — Following this week’s severe weather, Racine and Kenosha counties can expect “one more round of storms” Friday evening, National Weather Service meteorologist Mark Gehring said.
According to Asplundh Tree Expert staff, the crews first had to shave the uppermost branches off of the tree to take pressure off of power lines.
Tuesday's storms ripped a tree from the ground between two Waterford homes near Waterford Union High School.
Crews from Asplundh Tree Expert could be seen Thursday working to remove a fallen tree from two power lines in a residential Waterford neighborhood off North Main Street.
