The 18th Annual Dairy Sheep Association of North America (DSANA) Symposium will be held during the three full days of Oct. 18-20, at the Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles International Airport, Dulles, Va., in the Washington D.C. area. The symposium will include presentations by dairy sheep producers, sheep milk processors, university scientists, and industry service personnel on Oct. 18 and 19, followed by a bus tour on Oct. 20 of dairy sheep farms in Maryland and Virginia, both with farmstead cheese operations. This symposium will offer an excellent opportunity for established dairy sheep producers and sheep milk processors to gather information to improve their operations while also offering new or potential producers and processors the opportunity to network with people active in the industry.
