Farmers in our area should be very grateful and thankful. We got to 10, 11 days of about anything in the books that you wanted to do. Planting, field work, spraying, haying — you name it, it was very nice for 10, 11 days with just a couple of sprinkles, especially in our immediate area. We were very, very fortunate. But now Friday (May 24), she's kicked in with thunderstorms, up to 2 inches so far and still coming — looks very rainy. Crops are doing good where they aren't drowned or washed out.
