After a little over a week-long rain delay, we were able to get back in the field this week. The last few acres of beans are going in the ground, and the race is on to try to knock out weeds. May-planted corn and soybeans jumped out of the ground initially, but growth slowed with the cool and wet weather we had May 18-23. Warm weather this week will have us evaluating in-season decisions in the near future.
