I like to listen to Pastor David Jeremiah in the mornings if I pull my butt out of bed to get to the weight room up at the Boss Man’s house. I’ll tune in to his latest podcast while I’m sweating on the treadmill, and usually can survive the “squirrel syndrome” enough that I can get at least one takeaway from it.
