The start of this second semester for the Alma FFA chapter in Harlan County, Neb. has been very busy with contests, applications and FFA week. To start out the year, FFA members competed in the District LDE (Leadership Development Event) contest in Aurora, Neb. Overall, the chapter had a lot of success due to the hours put into preparation for their contest.
After presenting how to install and use AquaSpy soil sensors, the agricultural demonstration team from the Alma FFA Chapter earned first place as a team at the District LDE (Leadership Development Event) in Aurora, Neb. Team members included Addison Pool, left, Jaylea Schmidt, Elizabeth Dubbs and Sami Stone.
