The Hightower Report said, “Cattle on Feed supply as of October 1 came in at 99.6% of last year versus average trade estimate of 100.2% with a range of 98.8% to 100.8%. Placements for the month of September at 87.9% versus trade expectations of 91.7% and a range of 88.1 to 100.8%. Marketings for September came in at 93.4% of last year as compared to with the average estimate of 92.7% and a range of 91.9% to 93.3%.
