We had a full week of combining soybeans and were pleasantly surprised by the yields. Of course, the south winds picked up and dried the beans out way more than we wanted, but that worked in our favor. We finished up soybean harvest Sunday night. The mold and purple bean quality issues varied by field, but for the most part in our area the bad quality wasn't too big of a problem. We managed to get more cover crops seeded on some corn ground as well.
