Went for a drive Sunday and Monday that showed how much excessive rain has affected our crops. Yellow and lime-green crops everywhere we drove in the northern end (Route 80 and Route 39 South) of the state back to west central. It is definitely taking its toll on crop conditions in my view. Wednesday rain amounts ranged from 1 to 2 inches with more on the way. Temps have been mild to work in, but we will be breaking sweat soon into next week. Stay cool.
