Dear Michael: Our son has been working with us for the past five years. We are in our 60s now and wonder about different methods to transfer our farm to him and keep the other children happy with the outcome? We know that land has grown tremendously over the past few decades and there is no way he can afford to buy it back from his siblings. But, on the other hand, we do not know what to do – so we do nothing and have no will. What should we be doing? – Time Is Passing
