Dear Michael: We have two of our sons farming with us, as well as four other children. The two farming with us seldom see eye to eye with each other, which often bleeds into conflicts with us. This happens when we make decisions, one always feels it benefits the other brother more than it benefits themselves. This comes up all the time and seldom does either of them appreciate what we do for them.
