With the support of Cornell Cooperative Extension, Andrea Parent-Tibbetts and her family transformed a defunct farm in Hyde Park, New, York into an agritourism business -- Clover Brooke Farm, known for its llama and alpaca hikes and natural fibers.
Parent-Tibbetts said the llamas and alpacas grab people's attention, and then she can educate guests about why the animals are useful and important.
In addition to hikes, Clover Brooke Farm offers llama and alpaca yoga, soap and loofah making, crafts, farm tours and more.
