SEYMOUR, Wis. — When the University of Wisconsin releases its Seymour-location soybean and corn variety trial results, Mike Maass knows those plots like the back of his hand. For the past 15 years, the cash-grain and bison producer has hosted university variety trials and other production research on his century farm in Outagamie County.
