When Austin Kaiser, a cyber operations major at Dakota State University in Madison, was home one weekend in Faulkton, South Dakota, he overheard his parents and their friends, Troy and Stacy Hadrick, discussing a concern with their ranch-to-table business.

The food is ready for eating after the chef’s challenge. “As you can imagine, the food was out of this world,” rancher Troy Hadrick said. “I can’t get over how well they pair things together and how creative they were in making those dishes.”
