Well, this time I can’t say it has been dry. On Aug. 5 we got a nice rain shower adding up to an inch, and then on Aug. 14 we received 4.5 more inches.

Carson Stange is a fifth generation on his farm in Brown County. He and his wife Brooke are in their fourth year of farming, raising corn, soybeans and alfalfa, as well as a hobby heard of cattle. Carson is a member of the current South Dakota Agricultural and Rural Leadership class.
