Local FFA alumni organizations can be most easily described as “booster” organizations, whose chief purpose is to raise funds and provide logistical support to the FFA chapter advisor, if and when it is needed. You do not have to have been a former FFA member to be an alumni member, nor do you need to have a child or close relative currently enrolled in the local FFA chapter. The only prerequisite for being an FFA alumni member is a willingness to help and true belief in the good of agriculture education.
