Typical July/August weather pattern. Soil moisture is now as sparse as it’s been this far in the growing season. Any showers would be welcome now to keep soybeans flowering, pods filling and corn kernel weight. Most of our beans are R4 stage, and corn is late milk to dough. Now is the time to inspect auger flighting.
