The USDA’s state grain bids report for Tuesday showed that prices across the reporting area were generally flat to slightly lower, with notable declines in soybeans and some wheat grades. Gulf export corn and soybeans saw modest drops, while Pacific Northwest wheat prices were mostly stable. Country elevator corn prices in the Midwest were down sharply compared to year-ago levels.
