Summer weather continues to play out as we move through August. Heat and humidity persist with rain chances on occasion. Activities include preparing for harvest and lots of mowing, which is a good indication for potential crop size. Corn ears are well filled and beans are podded well. Hopefully we get a few more rains to finish this crop off.
