As I was recently flipping through the radio channels on my drive home, I came upon an interview that immediately intrigued me. The host was interviewing Deb Dana, author of the “Glimmers Journal: Reflect on the Small Moments that Bring you Joy, Safety, and Connection.” It captured my attention because it is a simple strategy that can be used in daily life to help us find more peace and balance. Once I got home, I promptly ordered the journal. Though I am still working through it, I find it a useful and beneficial strategy.
