Dr. Scott Pertzborn, veterinarian, grew up on a dairy farm near Dane, Wisconsin. As he grew, he discovered he loved farming – but found he was much more passionate about cows than tractors. That passion led him to the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a bachelor’s degree in dairy science. He then continued his education by joining the Charter Class at the UW-School of Veterinary Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1987 and has worked at Lodi Veterinary Care ever since. He primarily works with dairy cows, but also enjoys beef cattle, sheep, goats and pigs. He's married to Sherryl and has two grown sons, Daniel and Jackson.
