You have heard how important annual dentals are in all ages of horses before. If there was ever one disease that would scare you into having your older horses’ teeth checked annually, it is EOTRH. This is a common, poorly understood, and painful disease in the horse. It is relatively new, being discovered in 2004, so we still have a lot to learn about it.
