It’s a fall of firsts around our house. Our daughter Hazel started kindergarten, which includes riding the school bus. She lost her two front teeth on the same day, started dance through the Hartford community education program, and she got to take her first school field trip.

To celebrate Hazel’s fourth enucleation anniversary and becoming cancer free, she brought eyeball themed treats to share with her kindergarten class.
