Nearly 300 exhibitors. Roughly 5,000 attendees. Sixty-nine breakout sessions, one country concert and over 800 pounds of cheese served over two and a half days.
Food is a highlight of the Central Plains Dairy Expo, including a free pancake breakfast served in the back of the arena. This year’s pancake feast will be served Thursday morning, March 21.
The dairy expo provides a chance for farmers to visit with vendors and suppliers.
