The U.S. Soybean Export Council hosts cooking shows in China to show ways foods can be cooked with U.S. soybean oil. Soybean demand there is growing due to urbanization, income growth and per capita consumption of soy-related foods, says Xiaoping Zhang, the USSEC regional director for the Greater China region.
