It was a pretty wet week for most of the area, dropping a couple of inches of rain. People were able to get out in the field early in the week and get some planting done along with spraying. The crops have been growing quickly as we have plenty of moisture and are getting hotter temperatures every week. Wheat harvest should start for a few people in the near future as we get a good drying window in the upcoming week. As farmers are getting field work wrapped up, there has been a lot of hay being mowed in the area.
