Last week I was fortunate to attend the 40th anniversary Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference in Kearney. While I haven’t been able to attend all of the conferences over the years, I’ve made almost half of them, including the inaugural conference in September 1985.

The late Deb Rood, one of the first organizers of the Nebraska Women in Agriculture Conference, dons a silly outfit for the Farm First Fashion Show at the first conference in 1985.
