It was a hot, dry week and you could see that in the corn and beans. Saturday and Sunday we got 1.25 inches of rain, so that was appreciated. Late Saturday night some wind came through and we have some fields with corn leaning. We need to wait and see how they grow. Last week we finished spraying soybeans and those are continuing to progress nicely. Soybeans are in R1 for the most part. Corn is V7 to V8. Some agronomists think we should be tasseling around July 10.

We received 0.15 of an inch of rain for the week. Crops are looking better. Corn honestly looks the nicest it’s ever looked.
