MADISON, Wis. – Summer internships have become an important part of the college experience for students of agriculture, building real-world experiences to enhance classroom learning. A one-day workshop presented by Professional Dairy Producers® will provide an opportunity for ag-sector summer interns to expand skills learned during their internships and prepare them to enter the workforce.

College-age summer interns participate in group activities to emphasize team dynamics and effective communication skills during the 2023 Accelerate workshop in Madison, Wis. The annual workshop includes a full day of interactive programming to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to shine in agricultural careers. The workshop also serves to benefit the employers of summer interns.
